Fixed mist cannon machines (also commonly referred to as mist cannons, long-range mist cannons, fixed mist cannons, etc.) do require an electrical connection to function properly. This is primarily because the main functions of a mist cannon machine rely on electricity to drive core components such as high-pressure pumps and fans, which atomize water into tiny droplets and blow the mist into the air through the fan, thereby achieving purposes like dust reduction and air purification.
Confirm the power supply: First, it is necessary to confirm whether the type, voltage, and current of the power supply match the requirements of the mist cannon machine. This information can usually be found in the product manual or on the equipment nameplate of the mist cannon machine.
Inspect the equipment: Check whether the power interface, control interface, and grounding screws of the mist cannon machine are intact, without looseness or rust.
Prepare tools: Prepare necessary tools such as screwdrivers, insulating gloves, and goggles to ensure safety during the wiring process.
Disconnect the power supply: Before wiring, ensure that the mist cannon machine is in a shutdown state and disconnect all power supplies, including the power switch and the upper-level power supply.
Select cables: Choose appropriate cables and plugs according to the voltage requirements of the mist cannon machine. The cables should have good insulation performance and sufficient load capacity.
Connect the power input line: Insert one end of the power input line into the power interface of the mist cannon machine and ensure a secure connection. During insertion, be careful not to damage the interface or the cable.
Connect the control signal line (if applicable): If the mist cannon machine is equipped with a control signal line, insert it into the control interface of the mist cannon machine and ensure the interface nut is tightened. This step may vary depending on the equipment model, so operate according to the actual situation.
Connect the grounding wire: Connect the grounding wire to the grounding screw of the mist cannon machine and tighten it with a screwdriver. The grounding wire is crucial for ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.
Check the wiring: After completing the wiring, carefully check that all connections are firm and reliable, without looseness or poor contact. At the same time, check whether the cables and interfaces are damaged or aged, and replace them in a timely manner if necessary.
Turn on the power supply: After ensuring that all wiring is correct, turn on the power switch of the mist cannon machine and the upper-level power supply.
Observe the indicator lights: Check if the indicator lights of the mist cannon machine are on to determine if the power supply has been correctly connected.
Start the equipment: Press the start button on the mist cannon machine or the start key on the remote control, and observe whether the equipment can start and work normally.
Function test: Perform a series of operations and function tests, such as adjusting the spray angle, water spray volume, and spray range, to ensure that the performance of the mist cannon machine is normal.
Fixed mist cannon machines need to be connected to electricity to work properly, and attention must be paid to safety and operational specifications during wiring and use.
