More surprisingly, due to the reduction of dust, the qualified rate of product surface coating increased by 3%, which can reduce rework losses by about 120,000 yuan per year.​

Wide Adaptable Scenarios, More Efficient Dust Reduction​

The power of a single unit is only 1.5kW, and the power consumption for 8 hours of operation per day is about 12 kWh, which is 50% more energy-efficient than fixed bag dust collectors. The water tank capacity of the equipment is 200 liters, and a single water filling can meet 8 hours of continuous operation. With a quick water injection port, water can be refilled during shifts without affecting the production rhythm.​
