The machining workshop of an auto parts factory in Zhejiang has long been troubled by dust. Three months later, the data showed that the PM10 concentration in the workshop was stable below 0.3mg/m³, the dust adhesion on the equipment surface was reduced by 80%, and the frequency of lathe failures was reduced to less than once a month; complaints about workers’ respiratory discomfort were zero, the time for cleaning equipment was shortened to 40 minutes a day, and the production auxiliary efficiency was increased by 60%. More surprisingly, due to the reduction of dust, the qualified rate of product surface coating increased by 3%, which can reduce rework losses by about 120,000 yuan per year.​

Wide Adaptable Scenarios, More Efficient Dust Reduction​

The adaptability of the mobile fog cannon machine is far beyond that of traditional equipment: in electronic component workshops, it can be used with anti-static floors to avoid static electricity hazards caused by spray; in food processing workshops, it is made of food-grade stainless steel to meet hygiene standards; in foundry workshops, the high-temperature resistant coating can withstand environmental temperatures above 50℃.​

Its energy-saving advantage is also very significant. The power of a single unit is only 1.5kW, and the power consumption for 8 hours of operation per day is about 12 kWh, which is 50% more energy-efficient than fixed bag dust collectors. The water tank capacity of the equipment is 200 liters, and a single water filling can meet 8 hours of continuous operation. With a quick water injection port, water can be refilled during shifts without affecting the production rhythm.​
